What's the right color?

Love libraries. Our local one is really cramped though, books all over the place.
What are snorgles? or maybe I don't want to know...
I dyed it "red" and it turned a sickly orange the first time, but I the second time I got it to the right shade. And snorgles are hugs with your face!
